Serious...I hate when people show up without money. Seriously do they go the grocery store ane expect to just pay later? And in the end it's the pet that suffers. Ugh. I get even more mad when people without money breed their dog and then can't pay for the basic care, much less the complications. But don't even get me started on "breeders."
